I started in code — 30 months at Mamaearth shipping Next.js platforms for some of India's fastest-growing D2C brands. Engineering taught me to build for scale, but more importantly to listen to what the business actually needs.

At IIM Lucknow I traded the IDE for case books, live consulting and brand strategy. Three live projects, national finals at QSW & LoveChild Masaba, PR Lead for Crescendo — proof that the same systems-thinking translates beautifully to commercial decisions.

A summer at Tata Consumer in supply chain locked it in: ₹1.5 Cr+ in savings, automated freight reporting, route optimisation across a ₹400 Cr+ business. Operations is where elegant systems meet real-world messiness — I love that tension.

Next up: LTM (formerly, LTI Mindtree), June 2026, as Business Analyst for AI Integration & Orchestration. The mandate I'm most excited about — translating enterprise AI capability into outcomes a CFO can defend.
